MATTHEW 1 GIVES US THE HEBREW GENEALOGY ABOUT JESUS FROM ABRAHAM TO JOSEPH

THE RIGHT TO THE THRONE IS PASSED FROM THE HEAD (FATHER) TO THE FIRST BORN OF THE FAMILY

 

Luke 3:23  And Jesus himself began to be about thirty years of age, being (as was supposed) the son of Joseph,

 

THERE WAS NO KING, BUT THE RIGHT TO BE KING REMAINED IN FORCE. ALTHOUGH

JESUS WAS NOT THE SON OF JOSEPH, BEING CONSIDERED THE FIRST BORN IN THE

FAMILY GAVE HIM RIGHT TO THE THRONE, HAD THERE BEEN A THRONE OF DAVID.

 

THE “THRONE CEASED TO BE” UNDER JEHOIACHIN AND DAVID'S SEED SITTING ON THE THRONE ALSO STOPPED HERE.

JER 22:24-30 24 "As I live," says the LORD, "though Coniah the son of Jehoiakim, king of Judah, were the signet on My right hand, yet I would pluck you off; "and I will give you into the hand of those who seek your life, and into the hand of those whose face you fear-- the hand of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon and the hand of the Chaldeans."So I will cast you out, and your mother who bore you, into another country where you were not born; and there you shall die. "But to the land to which they desire to return, there they shall not return."Is this man Coniah a despised, broken idol-- a vessel in which is no pleasure? Why are they cast out, he and his descendants, and cast into a land which they do not know? O earth, earth, earth, hear the word of the LORD!

Thus says the LORD: `Write this man down as childless, a man who shall not prosper in his days; for none of his descendants shall prosper, sitting on the throne of David, and ruling anymore in Judah.' "

 

PETER SAID: Acts 2:29-30 29 "Men and brethren, let me speak freely to you of the patriarch

             David, that he is both dead and buried, and his tomb is with us to this day.

             30 "Therefore, being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him that of the fruit of his body, according to the flesh, He would raise up the Christ to sit on his throne,

PS 89:3-4  3 "I have made a covenant with My chosen, I have sworn to My servant David: Your seed I will establish forever, and build up your throne to all generations.'" Selah

Psalms 132:11 The LORD has sworn in truth to David; he will not turn from it: "I will set upon your throne the fruit of your body.

ACTS 13:16-23 THE PROMISE.Acts 13:23 "From this man's seed, according to the PROMISE, God raised up for Israel a Savior-- Jesus--

Luke 1:32-33 32 "He will be great, and will be called the Son of the Highest; and the Lord God will give Him the throne of His father David. "And He will reign over the house of Jacob forever, and of His kingdom there will be no end."

 

ISA 9:6-7  6 For unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given; and the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.

           7 Of the increase of His government and peace there will be no end, upon the throne of David and over His kingdom, to order it and establish it with judgment and justice from that time forward, even forever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this.

 

Isa 11:1-2   And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse, and a Branch shall grow out of his roots: And the spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD;

Jer 23:5-6  Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that I will raise unto David a righteous Branch, and a King shall reign and prosper, and shall execute judgment and justice in the earth.

In his days Judah shall be saved, and Israel shall dwell safely: and this is his name whereby he shall be called, THE LORD OUR RIGHTEOUSNESS.

GEN 3:15 THE PROMISE TO A RACE --HER SEED - THE HUMAN RACE

GEN 22:18 THE PROMISE TO A NATION FROM THAT RACE

GEN 49:10 THE PROMISE TO A TRIBE FROM THAT NATION

2 SAM 7:12 THE PROMISE TO A FAMILY FROM THAT TRIBE AND FROM THAT FAMILY "THE PROMISE" TO ME AND YOU, YOU SAY "I'M NOT OF THE FAMILY OF DAVID, THEY ARE HEBREWS" WELL, GOD KNEW YOU WERE GOING TO THINK THAT AND HE HAD ISAIAH SAY:

ISA 11:10 "And in that day there shall be a Root of Jesse, who shall stand as a banner to the people; for the Gentiles shall seek Him, and His resting place shall be glorious."

REV 22:16 "I, Jesus, have sent My angel to testify to you these things in the churches. I am the Root and the Offspring of David, the Bright and Morning Star."

JOHN 14 "MY PROMISE"  “glorious resting place”….

2 Sam 7:12 "When your days are fulfilled and you rest with your fathers, I will set up your "seed" after you, who will come from your body, "and" I will establish his kingdom.

2 Sam 7:13 "He shall build a house for My name, and I will establish the "throne" of his kingdom forever.     NO SEED?

 

                               THRONE

2 Sam 7:16 "And your "house"(seed) and your "kingdom" shall be established forever before you. Your throne shall be established forever."

 

1 CHR 17:11-14 11 "And it shall be, when your days are fulfilled, when you must go to be with your fathers, that I will set up your seed after you, who will be of your sons; and I will establish his kingdom. "He shall build Me a house, and I will establish his throne forever. "I will be his Father, and he shall be My son; and I will not take My mercy away from him, as I took it from him who was before you. "And I will establish him in My house and in My kingdom forever; and his throne shall be established forever."'"

    1 Chr 22:9 `Behold, a son shall be born to you, who shall be a man of rest; and I will give him rest from all his enemies all around. His name shall be Solomon, for I will give peace and quietness to Israel in his days. `He shall build a house for My name, and he shall be My son,

and I will be his Father; and I will establish the "throne" of his kingdom over Israel forever.' WHAT ABOUT HIS SEED?

GEN 3:15 And I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your seed and her Seed; he shall bruise your head, and you shall bruise His heel." NOTICE THE "HER" SEED

LUKE 2:7 And she brought forth her firstborn Son, and wrapped Him in swaddling cloths, and laid Him in a manger, because there was no room for them in the inn       

LUKE 3:23 GIVES US THE GENEALOGY OF MARY AND WE SEE THAT THE PROMISED SEED FLOWED THRU DAVID'S SON NATHAN, NOT SOLOMON. THE HOUSE OF DAVID CONTINUES. AND WAS REUNITED WITH THE RIGHT TO THE THRONE BY BEING

THE FIRST BORN............JESUS

God’s TIMING….

Acts 7:17  Stephen said “but when the time of the promise drew near which God had sworn to Abraham, the people grew and multiplied in Egypt”

 

AMOS 9:11-12  "On that day I will raise up the tabernacle of David, which has fallen down, and repair its damages; I will raise up its ruins, and rebuild it as in the days of old;

             12 That they may possess the remnant of Edom(should have been Adam), and all the Gentiles who are called by My name," says the LORD who does this thing.

JAMES SAID IN ACTS 15:13-17 15 "And with this the words of the prophets agree, just as it is           written:  16 `After this I will return and will rebuild the tabernacle of David, which has fallen down; I will rebuild its ruins, and I will set it up; 17 So that the rest of mankind may seek the Lord, even all the Gentiles who are called by My name, says the Lord who does all these things.'

 

Matt 25:31 "When the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the holy angels with Him, then He will sit on the throne of His Glory.

 

Titus 2:11-14

11            For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, PROPHET Jn 12:49

13            Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; KING 1Tim 6:15

14            Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.
